Carol McKinnon is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a robust background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and conflict resolution. The majority of her career was spent at McDonald’s Corporation, where she held various roles within the U.S. Finance team. Most recently, Carol served as the US Franchisee Advocacy Finance Director on the Ombudsman & Franchise Diversity team. In this role, she combined her strong financial expertise with her skills in business case analysis and relationship management.
