Laura MacInnis is the Managing Attorney at Family Violence Law Center. Prior to managing, Laura joined FVLC as a staff attorney at FVLC since 2017, and was promoted to Senior Staff Attorney in 2019. In her various roles at FVLC, Laura has served hundreds of survivors of intimate partner and familial violence, sexual assault, stalking, and trafficking. She has led various trainings in family law, and has supervised dozens of law students, fellows, and volunteers. Since joining the legal profession in 2016, Laura has dedicated her career to serving domestic violence survivors in a non-profit setting. She holds a B.A. In English from Ohio State University and a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.
